Beginners Pottery Course
Muddy Fingers Pottery is running a 6 Week Monday night beginners pottery course beginning 17th October 2022.
The course is designed for total beginners to Pottery – or for those who haven’t done it for a while and need a refresher.
All materials and firings are included in the class.

Register now and you will soon learn the possibilities of coils, slabs, pinch pots, wheel throwing, raku and glazing.
The class is 2.5 hours each week taking place on a Monday night 6-8:30

Muddy Fingers pottery, aka Marvin Kitshaw and Diane Nicholson are self taught potters, both having design backgrounds (Marv in 3D and Diane in Fashion)and are constantly researching and learning new techniques. Glaze chemistry fascinates them and they love seeing new products coming out of the kiln.
A couple of years ago I started a 6 week course at Muddy Fingers pottery and I’m still there! Diane and Marv have endless patience and their knowledge is amazing. My ideas always exceed my ability but they can usually find a way to help me achieve my goal. It’s a great feeling to use something you’ve made yourself. The students are from all walks of life and the atmosphere is very relaxed and jovial. Just a great place to chill out, I love it.
